Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Lead Consultant Certified in Recruiting and Talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday Recruiting and Talent implementations, collaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions
• Execute configuration, data migration, and system integration tasks to ensure a smooth transition to the Workday platform
• Develop and maintain recruiting and talent management reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• Active Certification in Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent modules
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Workday Recruiting and Talent Lead Consultant, with a focus on leading successful implementations
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Workday recruiting and talent modules, processes, configurations, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
