Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Management System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Workday Learning to optimize learning pathways and talent processes
- Manage learning content and consult with stakeholders to design effective learning solutions
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor training metrics and provide insights for decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience administering Workday Learning required
- 5+ years of experience with LMS administration, reporting, and learning data analytics required
- 5+ years of instructional design experience with eLearning tools required
- Workday Pro certification in Learning required
