Workday Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the full-time Learning Architect, the Workday Learning Consultant will lead the design and implementation of Workday Learning solutions, partnering with stakeholders to support enterprise-wide learning initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect Workday Learning solutions aligned with business objectives and user needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and configure scalable learning processes
• Provide expertise in Workday Learning functionality and drive transformation initiatives throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience with Workday Learning implementations is required; certification is preferred
• Prior experience in transformation programs, including process redesign and change enablement
• Demonstrated ability to lead or support Workday Learning implementations
• Strong analytical skills and experience in documentation
