Workday Learning Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on operational data entry tasks, the remote Workday Learning Operations Analyst will manage learner profile creation, maintain learner data, and support audience-related activities using the Workday Learning interface.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain learner-related data within Workday Learning
• Create and update learner profiles and support the maintenance of learner audiences
• Utilize Workday Audience Builder to identify and organize appropriate learner populations

Required qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience using Workday Learning
• Strong familiarity with the Workday Learning user interface
• Experience entering, updating, or maintaining learner information
• Hands-on exposure to Workday Audience Builder
• Ability to work through repetitive or high-volume data entry tasks
