Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, People Systems (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall Workday roadmap and strategy, aligning system improvements with business priorities
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to translate needs into practical Workday solutions
• Lead hands-on configuration and enhancement of Workday HCM modules and manage the full deployment cycle

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including system configuration and reporting
• Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects
• Strong understanding of HR processes and system requirements
• Experience with system integrations and data management
• Strong project management and organizational skills
