Job Summary
Managing core employee lifecycle operations, the full-time remote Workday Operations Analyst will oversee complex termination processes, ensure compliance with work authorization programs, and conduct data audits to maintain data integrity across the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of complex voluntary and involuntary separation processes, ensuring compliance with local policies and a high-touch employee experience
- Lead and audit US work authorization and Form I-9 compliance programs, including vendor interactions and data alignment checks
- Execute regular data audits in Workday to safeguard employee data integrity and report findings efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Shared Services experience in a multinational tech company
- Proven experience performing operations and data updates within Workday HCM
- Direct experience managing voluntary and involuntary separations and compliance programs in the US and Canada
- Advanced Excel proficiency for analyzing and reconciling HR datasets
