Workday Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Workday Payroll Analyst, a full-time role, is responsible for supporting and optimizing Workday Payroll functionality, ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance, and collaboration with various stakeholders in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting support and troubleshooting for Workday Payroll functionality and operations
• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll components, including earnings, deductions, and payroll accounting
• Support Workday release management activities, including testing and validation of payroll changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or six years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience with payroll operations and HRIS/payroll systems in a large-scale organization
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration and processing
• Experience with payroll-related EIBs and supporting Workday release management activities
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
