Job Summary
Reporting to the HRIS leadership team, the full-time Workday Payroll Configuration Analyst will configure, support, and optimize the Workday platform with a strong emphasis on payroll operations, ensuring compliance and data integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a configuration expert for the Workday Payroll module, designing and maintaining payroll calculations and compliance requirements
- Partner with Payroll teams to support payroll processing activities, ensuring system readiness and timely issue resolution
- Develop and maintain payroll reports and audit controls to support compliance and reporting requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Compensation, HRIS, IT, or HR technology environments supporting enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience with the Workday Compensation module and proficient in compensation cycles
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring Workday modules with a strong understanding of business process frameworks
- Experience with Workday reporting tools and data analysis, along with a commitment to continuous learning on Workday functionality
