Job Summary

Reporting to the HRIS leadership team, the full-time Workday Payroll Configuration Analyst will configure, support, and optimize the Workday platform with a strong emphasis on payroll operations, ensuring compliance and data integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a configuration expert for the Workday Payroll module, designing and maintaining payroll calculations and compliance requirements
  • Partner with Payroll teams to support payroll processing activities, ensuring system readiness and timely issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain payroll reports and audit controls to support compliance and reporting requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Compensation, HRIS, IT, or HR technology environments supporting enterprise systems
  • Hands-on experience with the Workday Compensation module and proficient in compensation cycles
  • Demonstrated expertise in configuring Workday modules with a strong understanding of business process frameworks
  • Experience with Workday reporting tools and data analysis, along with a commitment to continuous learning on Workday functionality
