Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Workday Payroll Architect, the candidate will lead strategic payroll initiatives, design end-to-end payroll solutions, and optimize cross-functional integrations while mentoring junior consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-impact Workday Payroll initiatives and complex post-production optimizations
- Design, configure, test, and troubleshoot intricate payroll setups
- Conduct high-level sessions with executives to translate business objectives into scalable Workday architecture
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Workday experience, particularly in Payroll implementations or AMS engagements
- Expertise in US payroll statutory requirements, tax rules, and complex earnings/deductions
- Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll for Canada, UK, France, Ireland, or Australia
- Proficiency in Workday HCM, Security, Advanced Reporting, and Data Analysis
- Advanced Excel skills for manipulating and reconciling large datasets
