Workday Payroll Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Business Systems Analyst with hands-on configuration experience in Payroll, Time, and Absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support large ERP applications including functional requirements, documentation, configuration, and post-production support
• Configure Workday US Payroll, Time, and Absence functionalities
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday applications

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting large ERP applications
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday US Payroll
• Direct experience configuring Workday Time and Absence
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall) is preferred
• Experience in report writing in Workday or similar tools is a plus
