Workday Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Payroll Senior Consultant to deliver projects related to the payroll module and mentor newer consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Workday configuration skills in US Payroll and manage client requirement meetings
• Direct the activities of analysts associated with projects under the guidance of an architect
• Mentor lower-level employees within the HCM practice and contribute to internal goals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday experience in the Payroll module
• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Experience managing client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven track record of contributing to internal process improvements
