Workday Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Payroll Implementation Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with configuration, testing, and validation of Workday Payroll for US and Canadian pay groups
• Support gross-to-net reconciliation, parallel payroll testing, and mock runs to ensure accuracy before go-live
• Develop and document payroll business processes and provide knowledge transfer to the internal payroll team

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Payroll implementation experience, including two full-cycle North American implementations
• Hands-on configuration experience in Workday Payroll for US and Canada
• Deep expertise in US payroll compliance and strong understanding of Canadian payroll requirements
• Active Workday Payroll certification preferred; lapsed certification considered with recent hands-on experience
• Familiarity with internal controls in a Workday Payroll context
