Workday Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

As a remote Workday Payroll AMS Lead Consultant, the candidate will lead and support client engagements in Workday Payroll, ideally with expertise in Canadian Payroll, while mentoring team members and resolving complex payroll-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday Payroll client engagements within an AMS model
• Troubleshoot and resolve urgent or complex payroll-related issues in a timely manner
• Mentor and coach less experienced consultants while providing high-level client service

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday Payroll
• Experience in a consulting, support, or client-facing Workday environment
• Ability to operate as a senior-level resource and trusted advisor
• Experience handling issue resolution in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
