Workday Payroll Consultant
Job Summary
As a remote Workday Payroll AMS Lead Consultant, the experienced candidate will lead client engagements, act as a subject matter expert in Workday Payroll preferably with Canadian Payroll experience and troubleshoot complex payroll issues while mentoring junior consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support Workday Payroll client engagements within an AMS model
- Troubleshoot and resolve urgent payroll-related issues in a timely manner
- Mentor and coach less experienced consultants as needed
Required qualifications
- Strong experience with Workday Payroll
- Experience in a consulting, support, or client-facing Workday environment
- Ability to operate as a senior-level resource and trusted advisor
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling issue resolution in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
