Workday Payroll Lead

Job Summary

To support payroll and financial operations, the remote Workday Payroll Lead will manage payroll configuration, oversee accounting processes within Workday, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless payroll operations on a contract basis for over 10 months.

Key responsibilities

• Lead payroll configuration and oversee payroll accounting processes within Workday
• Manage Phase 2 implementation, including FIN and Payroll parallel testing
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial and payroll regulations while providing expert guidance during system upgrades

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Workday Financials certification required
• Minimum of 3 implementations experience in Workday Payroll
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
