Job Summary
To support clients with complex Workday Payroll needs, the remote Workday Payroll AMS Lead Consultant will lead client engagements, act as a subject matter expert, and troubleshoot payroll-related issues while mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support Workday Payroll client engagements within an AMS model
- Troubleshoot and resolve urgent or complex payroll-related issues in a timely manner
- Serve as a senior functional expert and escalation point for consultants, providing guidance and mentorship
Required qualifications
- Strong experience with Workday Payroll
- Experience in a consulting, support, or client-facing Workday environment
