Workday Payroll Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer III - Workday Payroll (Remote Work Option).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain payroll modules within the Workday ecosystem
• Configure payroll business processes and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and support documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience with configuring payroll, leaves, and benefits
• 5+ years of experience configuring Workday Payroll, Leaves, and Benefits
• Experience with Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation preferred
• At least one full implementation of Workday with demonstrated functional and technical experience
