Job Summary
Supporting and maintaining Workday HCM with a focus on Payroll and Expenses, the full-time remote Workday Payroll & Expense Systems Administrator will lead system optimization efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance user experience through innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Leads discovery, design, and optimization sessions, demonstrating complex functionality to stakeholders
- Observes processes for opportunities to streamline and mitigate risks while ensuring project deliverables
- Configures the Workday system according to client requirements and maintains effective communication with project leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of hands-on Workday experience, with a strong focus on HCM, Payroll, and Expenses modules
- Experience working across multiple Workday modules to support team cross-training
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, team-based environment
