Workday Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Engineer, Workday (HCM, Recruiting & Benefits).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Workday Platform & Data Governance Team, ensuring cohesive system configurations across HR and Finance
• Design and develop complex integrations within the Workday platform and lead a team of integrators and configurators
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and deliver solutions in Workday across various HR modules

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 6 years of experience on HR platforms (Workday)
• At least 4 years of experience with Workday Integrations or functional configuration tasks
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects
• Experience with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP is preferred
