Workday Product Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the design, implementation, and support of Workforce Planning solutions, the full-time remote Workday Product Specialist will collaborate with global HR Tech experts and stakeholders to enhance HR processes and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and test Adaptive Planning solutions in Workday aligned with organizational goals
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for planning processes and collaborate with HR COEs and vendors to optimize Workday functionalities
• Provide production support for Adaptive Planning, including troubleshooting, analysis, and managing integrations with other systems

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in HR Technology projects
• 2+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience with Workday Adaptive Planning for Workforce Planning
• Deep understanding of Strategic Workforce Planning and HR practices
• Proven ability to work independently across time zones
