Workday Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Project Manager - HCM Implementation (Payroll Focused).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Workday Payroll and HCM implementation across multiple independent business units
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and local business leaders to align project priorities with unique needs
• Manage project plans, dependencies, and risks while facilitating communication among stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management experience, with 3-5 years in Workday Payroll or HCM implementations
• Strong understanding of Workday Payroll, Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking
• Proven ability to lead through influence in decentralized organizations
• Experience with global or multi-entity payroll integrations
• PMP or Workday certification preferred but not required
