Workday Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end quality assurance activities for Workday implementations, the Workday Quality Assurance Lead will manage QA strategy, planning, and oversight while working remotely, onsite, or in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA strategy for Workday implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
• Define and execute test plans, strategies, and frameworks, ensuring alignment across Workday modules
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing cycles, managing the defect lifecycle and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of quality assurance experience, including 3+ years supporting Workday implementations
• Deep understanding of Workday business processes and configurations
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps and automating Workday functional testing
• Hands-on expertise in UAT planning, coordination, and execution
