Workday Quality Assurance Lead
Job Summary
Leading the execution of quality assurance activities for Workday implementations, the full-time Workday Quality Assurance Lead will manage QA strategy, planning, and oversight, while ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered in a remote, onsite, or hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end QA strategy for Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Define and execute test plans, strategies, and frameworks, while supporting risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing cycles, ensuring alignment across Workday modules
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of quality assurance experience, including 3+ years with Workday implementations
- Deep understanding of Workday business processes and configurations
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Hands-on expertise in UAT planning, coordination, and execution, including defect management
