Workday Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

Leading and executing end-to-end quality assurance activities, the Workday Quality Assurance Lead will manage QA strategy and oversight for Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, with the flexibility to work in person, remotely, or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end QA strategy for Workday implementations and manage testing cycles across various modules
• Define and execute test plans and frameworks while overseeing defect management and ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional QA activities with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to ensure UAT readiness and quality reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of quality assurance experience, including 3+ years supporting Workday implementations
• Deep understanding of Workday business processes and configurations
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps and automating Workday functional testing
• Hands-on expertise in UAT planning, coordination, and execution, including defect management
