Workday Quality Assurance Lead
Job Summary
Leading and executing end-to-end quality assurance activities, the Workday Quality Assurance Lead will manage QA strategy and oversight for Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, with the flexibility to work in person, remotely, or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end QA strategy for Workday implementations and enhancements
- Define and execute test plans, strategies, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing cycles while managing the defect lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of quality assurance experience, including 3+ years supporting Workday implementations
- Deep understanding of Workday business processes and configurations
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Hands-on expertise in UAT planning, coordination, and execution
