Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Workday Recruiting & Onboarding Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support design and architecture of the Recruiting and Onboarding modules in Workday, including business process configuration and optimization
  • Manage and consult with functional teams to incorporate requirements and processes within the Workday system
  • Provide technical leadership, evaluate technical alternatives, and ensure proper documentation across the design
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field
  • At least 2 years of experience configuring Workday Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Working knowledge of report writing and adjacent products such as HCM, Talent, and Learning is a plus
  • Experience implementing large-scale transformation projects in HR
  • Understanding of project estimation methodologies
