Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Workday Recruiting & Onboarding Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design and architecture of the Recruiting and Onboarding modules in Workday, including business process configuration and optimization
- Manage and consult with functional teams to incorporate requirements and processes within the Workday system
- Provide technical leadership, evaluate technical alternatives, and ensure proper documentation across the design
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field
- At least 2 years of experience configuring Workday Recruiting and Onboarding
- Working knowledge of report writing and adjacent products such as HCM, Talent, and Learning is a plus
- Experience implementing large-scale transformation projects in HR
- Understanding of project estimation methodologies
