Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst - Recruiting and Talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration changes for Workday Recruiting and Talent modules and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations
- Recommend solutions based on requirements, budget, and time frame, while adapting to additional needs as they arise
- Facilitate brainstorming and design sessions, ensuring cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, or Human Resources
- Workday Recruiting and Talent Certification is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Workday Recruiting and Talent implementation or support experience
- Experience with Business Process configurations, Custom Reports, and Calculated Fields
- Solid understanding of Workday HCM foundations and integration of Talent modules with Core HR
