• Workday Recruiting Expertise: Deep focus on the Workday Recruiting module, not a generalist
• Large Company Experience: Proven experience working in large company environments
• Hands-on Experience: Practical experience with deployment and steady-state operations
• Client Handling: Ability to manage high-volume recruiting clients effectively
