Workday Recruiting Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Workday HCM team, the full-time Senior Workday Recruiting Consultant will provide consulting services for solutioning, optimizing Workday Recruiting, and ensuring successful implementation and support for various HCM modules, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Guide clients through design, configuration, testing, and production efforts based on their business requirements
• Support clients during Annual Events such as Open Enrollment and ACA as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a lead Workday Recruiting Consultant at a Workday partner firm
• Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits certification and at least one additional Workday certification
• Experience independently assisting customers with Open Enrollment and ACA support
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
