Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Recruitment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and implement enhancements within the Workday Recruiting module
• Streamline recruitment workflows and ensure compliance with global hiring regulations
• Utilize Workday reports, dashboards, and EIB for data migration and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday configuration experience, with at least 3 years focused on Workday Recruiting
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, API, and custom 3rd party integration techniques
• Experience with Workday business process framework, report writing, and BIRT reporting
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
