Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Programmer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify Workday reports to meet operational requirements
- Collaborate with team leads and subject matter experts to gather reporting requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Troubleshoot report-related issues and optimize report performance while maintaining documentation
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of relevant experience
- Preferred education of a 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
- Experience as a Workday Report Developer, including building simple, advanced, and matrix reports
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional partners for report specification and requirement gathering
