Workday Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst - Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday to meet data customer needs
• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday reporting tools and support Workforce Analytics Teams with enriched data
• Engage with P&C Partners to optimize reports for standardization and drive data engagement within the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM with in-depth knowledge of the Workday Object Model and reporting tools
• Proven expertise in Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics with hands-on experience in various report types
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into Workday solutions
• Experience in delivering large-scale HR transformation projects, preferably in a consulting role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
