Workday Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst - Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday to meet data customer needs
• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday reporting tools and support Workforce Analytics Teams with enriched data
• Engage with P&C Partners and COEs to optimize existing reports and promote a strong data culture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM with in-depth knowledge of Workday Object Model and Report Writer
• Proven expertise in Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics, including advanced report types
• Experience with Dashboarding in Workday and knowledge of Workday Security impacting report design
• Track record of delivering large-scale HR transformation projects, preferably in a consulting capacity
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
