Workday Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on building and optimizing complex reports, the contract Workday Reporting Analyst will design, maintain, and enhance advanced Workday reports and data insights remotely, collaborating closely with HR and Finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, dashboards, and operational analytics
• Develop and manage complex calculated fields, report prompts, and data logic to meet reporting requirements
• Optimize report performance, ensure data consistency, and support operational and compliance reporting needs

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience with Workday reporting and analytics, particularly in advanced reporting and calculated fields
• Strong understanding of HCM and Finance reporting requirements
• Experience with report performance optimization and data accuracy assurance
• Ability to assess reporting impacts during Workday releases and perform regression testing
• Limited experience with reporting-related data extracts (e.g., RaaS) is a plus
