Workday Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting and enhancing the enterprise Workday platform, the full-time remote Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst will develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and integrations to deliver accurate reporting solutions for HR, Payroll, Finance, and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and custom Workday reports
• Create and maintain complex Calculated Fields to meet reporting requirements
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, including Advanced and Matrix reports
• Proven experience designing complex Calculated Fields across Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Financials
• Experience with BIRT Reporting, Power BI, or other enterprise reporting platforms
• Knowledge of reporting best practices and analytics
• Advanced English language proficiency (C1)
