Workday Reporting Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reporting Consultant specializing in Data Analytics & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Redevelop reports from Lawson and other external sources into Workday and UKG reports
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using data from various enterprise systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles
• Workday certification in Workday Reporting is REQUIRED
• Experience with Matrix or Composite reporting within Workday is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
