Workday Reporting Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting a large-scale Workday implementation in the build phase, the remote contract Workday Reporting Consultant will design, build, test, and deploy custom reports while collaborating with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery by the targeted go-live date of January 1, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy custom Workday reports
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and lead design discussions
• Mentor internal team members on Workday Reporting best practices and create necessary documentation

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience building Workday custom reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports
• Ability to independently gather business requirements from functional stakeholders
• Experience translating business needs into technical reporting solutions
• Strong documentation and report design specification experience
• Previous experience supporting large Workday implementations
