Job Summary
To support the deployment of information and communication technologies, the full-time Workday Reporting Consultant will manage reporting and integration processes within the Workday Management Information System, ensuring reliable delivery and documentation while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a prioritized backlog of reporting and integration tasks, confirming scope and acceptance criteria while maintaining task records
- Design, build, test, and optimize Workday reports and integrations, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards
- Provide first-line support for reporting and integration issues, coordinating with functional resources and escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least three years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports
- Demonstrated understanding of the Workday data model and experience with integrations such as EIB and Core Connectors
- Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON; familiarity with SQL and Workday REST/SOAP is desirable
- Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
