Workday Reporting Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely within the Central time zone or onsite in Austin, the full-time contract Workday Reporting Developer will design and deliver scalable Workday reporting solutions, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights for financial analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain complex Workday financial reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions
- Manage incident response and resolve technical issues related to system outages, bugs, and data errors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Workday financial reporting development, configuration, and analytics
- Proven experience with Workday report writing, advanced reports, and dashboards
- Workday certification required
- High proficiency in Excel and experience with large, multi-source data sets
