Job Summary

Leading the reporting strategy for a major finance transformation project, the remote Workday Reporting Lead will manage the design and execution of Workday Financials reporting solutions while collaborating with finance leaders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and execution of the Workday Financials reporting strategy
• Manage the reporting workstream, including scope, prioritization, and delivery timelines
• Partner with finance stakeholders to gather, document, and validate reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Workday Financials reporting
• Deep expertise in Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and reporting frameworks
• Experience leading or supporting reporting workstreams in ERP transformations
• Strong capability to gather and document business requirements for technical teams
• Solid understanding of Workday data structures and reporting dependencies
