Workday Reporting Lead

Job Summary

To support the Workday implementation leading up to a mid-June go-live, the remote Workday Reporting Lead will design and build custom reporting and Prism data models focused on operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Build custom Workday reports using Advanced Reporting and develop calculated fields and complex report logic
• Design and configure Prism datasets and data models to support historical reporting and evaluate historical HR data for modeling strategy
• Translate legacy reporting logic into Workday compatible structures and assist with report validation during UAT

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday Advanced Reporting and Prism Analytics, including dataset design and data modeling
• Proficiency in developing composite and matrix reports and advanced calculated fields
• Experience translating legacy reporting requirements into Workday reporting structures
• Familiarity with Workday data sources and security context
• Experience supporting global structures with reporting needs across different regions
