Workday Reporting Lead

Job Summary

Serving as the university's subject matter expert, the full-time Workday Reporting Lead will design and deliver complex reports and dashboards, manage report governance, and drive the adoption of the Workday reporting ecosystem while collaborating with departmental partners to meet custom reporting needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex reports and dashboards across functional domains
• Oversee report lifecycle management, including governance and documentation
• Train and mentor departmental report writers, promoting best practices in reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Workday Report Writer certification
• Solid knowledge of Workday reporting tools and data sources
• Experience with Workday modules such as Finance, HCM, and Payroll
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards
