Workday Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst Workday Security & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and architecture of the Security and HCM modules in the Workday system
• Manage core HCM setup configuration and security group configuration
• Lead Workday biannual release activities, including impact analysis and testing coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday Security and Core HCM
• Experience supporting large-scale HR transformations
• Strong understanding of Workday security architecture and governance
• Proven ability to plan and manage Workday configuration from design through deployment
