Workday Security Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Workday Security Analyst, this full-time remote position will manage the security framework of the Workday platform, focusing on the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of security configurations across Financial Management and HR domains.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable security frameworks across Workday's HR and Finance modules
• Lead the configuration and administration of Workday security, including domain security policies and role-based security groups
• Drive compliance with regulatory frameworks and manage audits, ensuring effective controls and risk mitigation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Security; Pro certification is a plus
• Experience with internal controls, audits, and compliance initiatives such as SoD and GDPR
• Proven experience in designing and implementing security architectures
• Strong knowledge of authentication methods, including OAUTH, SAML, and SSO
