Workday Security Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the design, configuration, and maintenance of Workday security, the Sr Workday Security Analyst will ensure secure and compliant access across HCM modules while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Workday security to ensure compliance and scalability
• Collaborate with HR, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to implement security solutions and support audit activities
• Act as a subject-matter expert in Workday security, focusing on risk identification and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Security experience, including HCM, reporting, and integration security
• 3+ years of hands-on security configuration experience with Domain Security and Business Process Security
• 3+ years of SOX/Audit experience, including access reviews and controls remediation
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting Workday security issues and secure configuration design
• Bachelor's degree required; Workday Security certification preferred
