Workday Security Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Workday Security & Integration Developer, the role will manage the redesign of Workday security, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and implement comprehensive security solutions while maintaining integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the redesign of Workday security to enhance clarity and reduce excessive access
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to validate security configurations and communicate access design decisions
• Design and maintain security solutions and compliance dashboards to monitor access and configuration changes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Workday configuration experience, with at least 3 years focused on Workday security administration
• Demonstrated experience redesigning Workday security models at enterprise scale
• Deep knowledge of Workday security constructs and SOC 2 compliance requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Workday integrations, preferably Workday Studio
• Strong knowledge of XML and XSLT for designing and maintaining integrations
