Workday Security Developer

Job Summary

To support the IT organization, the full-time remote Workday Security Developer will design, implement, maintain, and optimize the Workday security model across various modules while collaborating with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Workday security for HCM, Payroll, Financials, and other modules
• Perform security analysis and troubleshooting for access-related issues, ensuring alignment with organizational policies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement security requirements and conduct periodic security reviews

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Security configuration experience
• Strong understanding of Domain Security, Business Process Security, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Experience supporting Workday HCM and at least one additional Workday functional area
• Experience supporting security audits and compliance initiatives
• Workday Pro Security Certification required or must be obtained within 18 months of hire date
