Workday Security Developer
Job Summary
Leading large-scale technical initiatives, the full-time remote Workday Security Developer will design, develop, and maintain complex applications and integrations while serving as a subject matter expert and technical mentor.
Key responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and supports complex websites, applications, and enterprise technical solutions using various web frameworks and technologies
- Leads application architecture, solution design, and testing activities in collaboration with technical and clinical stakeholders
- Mentors team members and resolves complex technical issues while establishing development standards and documentation processes
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in a STEM-related field or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack development, including expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, APIs, and relational databases
- Must maintain at least three vendor or industry certifications relevant to the role
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities in technical environments
- Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence cross-functional decisions
