Workday Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with HR Center of Excellence and business clients to discuss application changes and ensure delivery of functional specifications
• Prepare detailed functional specifications, including test plans and scripts, while conducting thorough research and analysis of complex data
• Mentor less experienced staff and serve as a subject matter expert on application impacts due to large initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday expertise
• Workday Pro certification in HCM or specialties such as Compensation, Payroll, or Recruiting
• Experience configuring business processes end-to-end
• Strong organizational skills and experience in large organizations (10K+ employees)
• Proven ability to manage medium to large scale technical projects
