Workday Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Workday Senior Analyst, a full-time position, is responsible for enhancing Workday functionality, partnering with stakeholders to implement technology solutions, and optimizing HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance the Workday Benefits and Compensation module and manage Open Enrollment configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into Workday solutions
• Review system changes for process improvement and configure enhancements for HCM and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fast-growing, global companies
• 4+ years of Workday Benefits configuration experience
• 2+ years of core HCM configuration experience
• Experience in Workday business process configuration and security
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to prioritize workload effectively
